I’m off by a day, but I thought it would be fun to take a photo at the start of each season. Last year I tried to do one the first of each month, but decided that was a bit much.
It’s not a great photo. Bad angle, and the peach tree is covered in blossom (and bees!), but it’s not visible.
We had a great time yesterday at the ballet. Dinner first at Sukiya Ramen (Yes, again. I really like that place, but one of these days we’re going to have to branch out. )
The ballet itself was excellent. Beautiful design and choreography – and a lot of fun as well.
The home show is one of our regular events to start the spring/summer seasons. It’s nice to be around all the flowers and trees, and get some ideas for our projects – of which there are so many! We always find more when we are there.
Today was a hard day. We had our second staff cut at work. 135 people, including three from our team.
I don’t have a clue what the groundhog said the other day. All I know is that it was a clear and sunny day here. And though it may be my imagination – I don’t think it is – I’ve been noticing a lot more bird sounds this week and seeing a couple of birds I haven’t seen in a while.
