We had a very enjoyable day for our 29th anniversary. We started the day with the first day of a two-day online croissant making course that we all three participated in. In the evening, we went out to Sukiya Ramen for dinner – a bit of a throwback to last year’s anniversary in Seattle when we had Ramen – though not as nice as this one.
After dinner we went to the Denver Zoo for Zoolights. We usually go to the Botanic Gardens for the lights, but decided to try something different this year. The weather was warm – only in the 40s – and the lights were fantastic. Some of the outside animals were even still awake, while of course, the indoor ones just carried on normally.
